The Recipe:
In this video, I’m breaking down my favorite DIY "Fluffy Mix" that keeps my tower lush all season long:

Base: High-quality Peat Moss or Coconut Coir (for moisture retention).

Aeration: Perlite or Vermiculite (this is the secret to preventing compaction!).

Nutrients: Finished Compost or Worm Castings.

Bonus: A handful of slow-release organic fertilizer.

The Strategy:
The goal is a 1:1:1 ratio. You want it so light that roots can travel easily through the tiers!

🥦 Broccoli: Don't pull the plant after the main head is gone! Keep it in the ground for "side shoots" that pop up for weeks.

🌿 Cilantro: Use the "cut and come again" method. Snip the outer leaves and watch the center explode with new growth.

🍃 Spinach: Harvest the large outer leaves and leave the tiny ones in the middle. You’ll have fresh salads all season long.

Pro Tip: Always leave about 2 inches of the plant base intact so it has the energy to regenerate!
